Today, WEST 1’s brand is vibrant, fresh and young – just like their customer’s dream. But it had not been always like this.
Once WEST 1 approached us, for a possible rebrand, their products and services were very well established, but their logo was kind of cliché and their branding was very much non-existent.
WEST 1, is a mature and well-known students travel agency based in Australia with a number of agencies in Brasil, Ireland and New Zealand.
We have taken care of their new brand and most comms – from campaigns to social media, interior design, stationery, to events concept and it is super impressive how when you marry a great product, excellent customers service with a strong brand and visual identity the business reaches another level.
After their rebrand, WEST 1 have doubled their number or franchises and have launched Ireland and Canada as new destinations.
